Retain CSSI:
$1,000/mo plus 1/12th of one percent of company's outstanding stock, plus expenses. (In other words, at the end of one year of service, CSSI would have been paid $12,000 plus 1% of the company's stock, plus reimbursement for any out-of-pocket charges, for example, telephone charges incurred in pursuit of your company's business.)

For this, you are entitled to unlimited telephone access to our staff. (That's right, unlimited.)

Consulting at your location:
Your staff member's daily charge (usually $1,000/day), plus expenses. 1/2 due with reservation. Within the Continental US, travel to and from your location is billed as one day total ($1,000).

For this, you are entitled to control 6 hours of your staff person's time. Additional time will be billed at $250/hr.

Seminars:
Your staff member's seminar charge (usually $2000/day) plus expenses. 1/2 due with reservation. Within the Continental US, travel to and from the seminar location is billed as one day total ($1,000).

For this, you are entitled to schedule your staff member to speak before up to 100 people for a total of 4 hours. Additional time will be billed at $500/hour.

Non-Retained Consulting:
$250.00/hr. on an as-available basis.
